Shipping Policy
We ship from Buffalo, Missouri, to addresses in the United
States.
Our standard: orders are packed and out the door the same
day or the next business day. That's the standard we keep
on every channel we sell on, and this shop is no
different.
At checkout, shipping is calculated with real USPS rates
based on your order's weight — you pay the actual postage
for the services offered (USPS Ground Advantage, Priority
Mail, and Priority Mail Express), nothing padded on top.
We don't charge for shipping on our end beyond what the
carrier charges.
Every physical order is packed by Verdant Vale LLC's own
hands — sealed product ships protected, graded items ship
rigid and padded.
Tracking is provided by the carrier as soon as your label
is live; transit time after handoff depends on the carrier
and your distance from Missouri, and we'll always tell you
honestly where a package stands.
Digital products (books, Tracker Pro) are delivered
instantly by download link after payment — the link
arrives by email and on your confirmation page, stays
active 30 days, and we can resend it anytime. Just ask.
Returns & Refunds — Collectibles Are Final Sale
Collectible value depends on an item staying sealed and
untampered, so our policy is simple:
All collectibles and trading-card products are final sale
— sealed and graded cards, boxes, and packs included. No
returns, no exchanges.
If something's wrong, we make it right. If your order
arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you
ordered, contact Verdant Vale LLC within 30 days with a
photo of the item, and we'll replace it if we have one —
or refund you in full. That's not a policy, that's just
the rule of the house.
Digital downloads are final sale once delivered. If your
file won't download or the link fails, tell us and we'll
resend it — the link lives 30 days and a fresh one is
always a message away.
The oversell promise (printed on purpose): our stock
counts are kept honest across every place we sell, but if
we ever sell you something we can't ship, you get a full
refund, a note from the Keeper, and first claim on the
next restock of that item. No store credit games, no
waiting rooms.
Privacy Policy
We sell things; we don't sell data. The short version: we
collect what we need to fill your order and run our
services, we share it only with the services that help us
do that (Wix, Stripe, USPS, and the marketplaces), and you
can ask us what we hold, ask us to fix it, or ask us to
delete it.
